I had Perry work on my Yukon twice now. Every time I spoke to him, he listened to what I was saying, was patient, and was willing to work with me. He got the work done on my truck in a very timely fashion, kept in contact with me during the process every time. I'm the type of person who tries to do all his own work, so for the few things that I'm unable to do myself, its super important to me to have someone reliable and reasonably priced, and RC Transmissions fits the bill perfectly.

Great shop. Estimate was very accurate and work was completed efficiently. Now my go-to shop for all my repairs. My Durango now shifts better than ever and they also replaced my brakes. Highly recommended!

Perry and RC Transmission get a 5+ rating in my book. Perry went above and beyond to answer all of my detailed questions. He also took pictures throughout the process of replacing transmission and differential seals, torque convertor, and rear engine main seal in our prized family 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ 4X4. RC Transmission labor pricing was very competitive. Perry did not charge extra labor costs to replace seals that were accessible by pulling the transmission (which had to be done for the main repair.) The parts cost were close to what I could purchase the parts for myself, not the 2 to 3 times markup of other transmission shops. Lastly, the cost to tow my vehicle 50+ miles was half the cost I found with my own shopping. I contacted three other highly rated, local transmission repair shops. They were not prepared to answer my detailed questions or just did not care. If you have any transmission maintenance or repair needs, I cannot more highly recommend RC Transmission.

Remarkable service. I brought my work truck in at 8:30 and explained I am a small business owner. My truck is 50% off my business and I needed it to be in Douglasville ga Tuesday Morning. 7pm Monday evening it was ready to go. A transmission job done in 1 day is AMAZING. I will continue giving them work and referring them to all my clients. BTW. The transmission is working beautifully.

Just picked up my Chevy Tahoe, i got over 300k miles on it brought 10 years ago, it was the first time it ever gave me issues. RC rebuilt my transmission and it runs great. Very reliable and dependable shop, i highly recommend, because i don't take my cars to just anyone.

Ask for Perry. Ive worked with this guy and shop for the last 3 years and referred a few people as well. Not only is their service great but they are affordable and have a pretty decent turn around rate. Any issue ever had were thoroughly addressed and they are warranty friendly. Best transmission company!!
