I know you guys never put stress on me about that truck da main reason it took so long is I'm homeless tryna find a decent place to lay my ass down it's hard living off 609 a month that is da only thing I can say is home until it's all over.

I had work done here in 2022 when Josh was working there, I had no problem with Josh he was very nice and patient and replaced my transmission and brake pads. I have had problems with my brake pads since January and the new person in the Duluth office named JOHn is rude, disrespectful and kept giving me a run around stating he has no space and no one to replace my brake pads although I have a warranty on them. I went to him in May and he kept telling me to call back he should have some one on a Wednesday but every time I called he gave me an excuse and the. Claimed that brake pads have no warranty that they last a life time. I will never use hiss business again. I felt disrespected as a women, I’m old enough to be his mother and it sound like he had no idea what he was doing.

I would advise you to take your car elsewhere. Before I took my car here I only had 1 code for the transmission. I explained to Dee that I just wanted to pass emissions. he replaces the transmission and I get the car back now I have more codes then when I came and yet still not able to pass emissions after paying 1400. The car has shifting issues and the pan is leaking. my car was in better condition before bringing it here. These people are not knowledgeable and is trying to convince me that my pcm wouldn't read the codes fully due to trans code which was fact checked and proven wrong. I will be trying to dispute the charges from this shop as it is a scam clearly.

This is the worst service ever. They took my money and never fixed my car. I’m actually getting ready to sue them. Do not go here at all run far away

I should be reviewed as a terrible customer. The owner listened to my ranting about poor service elsewhere and was so understanding and kind when I was not. He helped me understand and gave me options and solutions. I want to apologize for ever doubting the best (RC Transmission) hands down is the right choice.

Ronnie c took my 07 Ford F-150 Delt with Josh very honest told me what was going on and told me when it will be done and it was .Josh realy went the extra mile for me yes stayed in my budget. My hats off to Josh and his dad and guy in shop keep up the good work!!!!

Been waiting a year just to make sure my rebuilt transmission would hold and the warranty would be honored. Although, there really isn't any reason to doubt Perry, I'm just cautious/ skeptical by nature. Believe me, you can trust Perry. So No reflection on Perry & RC Transmission. It's been a year & transmission holding steady. Called RC Transmission a few days ago for a minor issue and without any hesitation, they told me to come right over. Josh didn't even ask me if I was still under warranty, he just wanted to make it right. You gotta respect that if nothing else. I'd give RC Transmission more than a 5 Stars review if there was an option on the review site. (6 Stars out of 5).
